How to Get Here

Chat ‘N’ Chill® is located on Stocking Island in the Exumas. There are no roads or bridges to get you here. You’ll have to take a boat or seaplane (or you can swim if you’re brave).

No worries, though. It’s easy to get here. A 5-minute boat ride from George Town’s Elizabeth Harbour takes you to the perfect place to spend a day relaxing by the beach, exploring the natural beauty of our island or simply to enjoy a great meal.

From George Town, the most popular ways to get here are:

  • Take the water taxi from the government dock. In the beginning it was just KB taking people back and forth in his old boat. Then Elvis started his own water taxi service. Now there is Martin’s Ferry Service and A1 Water Taxi Service. There are others that occasionally pop up when the water is too rough to take guests through the Exuma Cays. However, A1, Martin’s and Elvis are the most consistent and reliable daily water taxi services and we highly recommend that you catch a ride with one of them!
  • Rent a boat from Minn’s Water Sports in George Town. Minn’s rents easy-to-pilot skiffs, and we’re less than a mile away, just a short ride across the harbor. You can do it, we believe in you!! Call Minn’s at 242-336-3483.

If you get lost, simply ask ANYONE where to catch the boat to Chat ‘N’ Chill® because everyone knows!

Remember, “If you don’t experience Chat ‘N’ Chill®, you really haven’t fully experienced Exuma!” We didn’t make that up … many have said it, but that quote was from the Four Seasons Resort on TripAdvisor.com.

A Unique, Chill Experience

quotationreview-ratingWe always have a great time at Chat N Chill, its just fun hanging out there and is a great spot for photographs. We rented a boat from Minns to get there but the water taxis are an easy and fairly inexpensive way to get there too.

quotationreview-ratingThere are just some places that you visit and say "wow, what a cool place!" That was my experience. We had burgers for lunch which were fine, but the atmosphere was incredible. A classic Caribbean beach bar...

quotationreview-ratingWe stopped at the Chat 'N' Chill on our Stocking Island trip. I tried the conch for the first time and I really liked it. The bar was full as expected but the beach was nice and people were having a great time. Feeding the stingrays was cool and I enjoyed our stop.
