Celebrating Women’s Month: A Gift of Education. Please Join Us

As March unfolds, it brings with it the vibrant celebration of Women’s Month, a time to honor the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women across the globe. This year, amidst the chorus of recognition, one particular event resonates deeply with me: the historic $100 million donation to Spelman College by Ronda Stryker, a beacon of hope illuminating the path for future generations of women. Click to see the official news release.

As a proud alumna of Spelman College, my heart swells with gratitude at the magnitude of this gift. Spelman, my beloved alma mater, has long been a cornerstone of empowerment and academic excellence for women of color. With this unprecedented donation, the possibilities for advancing education, fostering leadership, and igniting change are boundless.

The impact of Ronda Stryker’s generosity extends far beyond the walls of our alma mater. It signifies a commitment to breaking barriers, shattering glass ceilings, and amplifying the voices of women in every sphere of society. It is a testament to the power of investing in education as a catalyst for transformation and progress.

Watch Board Chair Lovette Russell address students of the historic donation.

I vividly remember the day when Spelman College President, Dr. Helen Gayle, announced this monumental gift on CBS Mornings. Watching her speak, I felt a renewed sense of pride in being a part of such a remarkable institution for countless young women aspiring to fulfill their dreams.

In reflecting on this momentous occasion, I am reminded of the pivotal role education has played in my own journey. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my Great Aunt Elvira Curtis Jones (aka Big Mama), whose unwavering support helped pave the way for my enrollment at Spelman. In her honor, I established the Elvira Curtis Jones Book Award, a scholarship aimed at nurturing the dreams of future Spelman women.

As we celebrate Women’s Month and the extraordinary gift from Ronda Stryker, I am filled with a renewed sense of purpose. My goal is to grow the Elvira Curtis Jones Scholarship to $32,000, symbolizing $1000 for each year since my graduation in 1992. I invite you to join me in this endeavor, to stand in solidarity with aspiring young women eager to seize the opportunities afforded by education.

Will you help me reach this goal of empowering more young women? Your contribution, no matter the size, has the power to change lives and shape futures. Together, let us honor the legacy of resilience, determination, and excellence that defines Women’s Month and the spirit of Spelman College. To make your donation, CLICK HERE and under “Designations,” click “Other” and in the box, enter “Elvira Curtis Jones Scholarship.”

Thank you for standing with me in celebrating Women’s Month, embracing the transformative gift from Ronda Stryker, and championing the education of future generations of women.

Yours faithfully,

Kwanza Clay Bowe

Celebrate Women’s Month

From Women’s History Month to global International Women’s Day celebrations, March is a time to champion the power of women’s voices and drive positive change.

Let’s be real, women are badass!

As you make your plans to celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, here are four ways to access inspiring content from the past and even find new voices.

Discover women-led storytelling

The stories of women — both historical and contemporary — are inspiring. This Women’s History Month, immerse yourself in women’s voices and narratives. Google Play’s Women’s History Month / International Women’s Day hub is featuring curated collections of apps, games and books, alongside editorial content highlighting stories of financial empowerment, leadership and strong female characters.

Celebrate women throughout history

For a deeper dive into art by women around the world, explore Google Arts & Culture’s virtual exhibition featuring works from the National Museum of Women in the Arts, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and more. Continue the celebration by rediscovering forgotten trailblazers, from the woman who discovered DNA to history’s most successful pirate.

Support women-owned businesses

Women entrepreneurs and the businesses they lead are a powerful force for innovation and economic growth. You can easily discover women-owned businesses by visiting Google Maps and Search to look for the women-owned attribute. Check out these businesses and support those in your own local community. You can be intentional about shopping at women-owned businesses and recommend women-owned businesses in person and on social media.

Do something nice for the women in your life

Honor and appreciate the women in your life. Buy them flowers, cook them dinner, tell them they look pretty, give them a hug!

Mothers who gave us life, raised us to be good people, and still try to protect us from harm. Sisters with whom we may disagree sometimes, but who always give us a hug in the end. Aunts who like to be our second mothers. Cousins – our partners in mischief. Grandmothers who are certain we are perfect in every way (and like to spoil us from time to time). Stepmoms and mothers-in-law who took us under their wings.

Wives and partners who support us and show us the value of teamwork. Daughters who teach us what childish enthusiasm and unconditional love really mean. Granddaughters who always remember to call and visit more often. Nannies who took care of us when our mothers worked to provide for us.

5 Ways To Practice Chill in 2024

Take Time For Yourself

Remember to take of yourself. In the hustle and bustle of life, work, family and friends we often get too busy helping others to take care of ourselves. Don’t forget that you are important too! Make taking care of yourself a priority. It can be a simple as morning or evening yoga or meditation or more extravagant like indulging in a massage or something that makes you feel good. Here are a few DIY at home spa ideas that you can do on your own at home: do a facial, take a bath, try a hair mask, give yourself a manicure, take a nap, light a candle and take deep breaths, try an eye mask or read a book. The best project you will ever work on is yourself.

Have Screen Free Time

Electronics are a part of everyone’s life — but what are the negative effects of screen time for adults and children?  9 out of 10 employed adults use a computer to work. Outside of work hours, it’s important to limit your screen time! Too much screen time can lead to obesity, sleep problems, chronic neck and back problems, depression, anxiety and lower test scores in children. To help limit your family’s screen time, you can promote healthy electronic use, encourage other activities and keep bedrooms screen-free. To swap out the screen, enjoy activities like exercising, going outside for a walk, looking up at the night sky, stretching, reading a book, start a garden and encourage new activities with your family that does not include a screen.

Plan A Trip To Exuma

Everyone deserves a vacation and a break from the real world responsibilities, am I right? Plan a trip of a lifetime to Exuma, Bahamas if it’s your first trip or your fifth trip, there is always something new to explore. Just 1 hour off the coast of Florida lands you in untouched paradise! Spend a Sunday at Chat ‘N’ Chill® for our famous Pig Roast, every Sunday starting at 12 pm.

Practice Gratitude

Take time each day to reflect on thing you are grateful for. This can help shift  your focus from what’s wrong in your life to what’s going well. Gratitude is the most powerful form of magic. Remember, everyday is a gift. Here are 5 tips to practice gratitude:

  • Spend 5 minutes in peace, breathing into your heart and think of why you are grateful
  • Start a gratitude journal – write down what you a grateful for everyday
  • Give back, be of service or volunteer
  • Always say thank you and genuinely mean it
  • Write a positive review

Get Outside

For a majority of people, sitting and working inside all day, 5 days a week is the norm. Remember to take a break, step outside and get your daily dose of Vitamin D. This is especially important in the winter months when daylight is shortened and you are unable to go outside in the sun when work is over. It can be as simple as stepping outside for a quick walk during your lunch break or more detailed like planning a weekend trip in the outdoors.

Benefits of getting outside:

  • Boosts energy
  • Makes exercising easier
  • Mental health remedy
  • Vitamin D
  • Restores Focus
  • Boosts Immune System
  • Enhances Creativity
  • Improves Sleep Quality

Thankful For Our Customers!

At the heart of every business is the customer.

It’s the reason the business exists. It’s the reason why Chat ‘N’ Chill® exists. Originally Chat ‘N’ Chill® was started as a day camp for boaters. Boaters or “cruisers” are people who live on their boats and travel around all year long. Our cruiser customers make pit stops in Exuma and anchor in Elizabeth Harbour. Chat ‘N’ Chill® still caters to it’s original boater crowd, but our customer base has expanded greatly over the years to people from all over the world who are not just cruising on their boats, they are coming to Exuma to experience a vacation of a lifetime.

Over the past 25 years, our little beach bar got famous, but we didn’t lose sight of our roots.

Chat ‘N’ Chill® is pretty much the same now as when we catered only to the local boating crowd, and that’s probably why people love it so much. We’re still the same, laid back beach bar – no shoes, kick back, just relax vibe.

As we approach the season of being thankful, grateful and giving…

We want to thank our customers for their support over the past 25 years! We look forward to welcoming you in Exuma for years to come, if it’s your first trip or your 25th trip.

Because we LOVE our customers so much! We are kickstarting the holiday shopping in our online shop this week with holiday sales! Be sure to follow us along @chatnchill on Instagram and our Facebook @chatnchill to be the first to know when we launch a promotion.

If you are not already subscribed to our newsletter, subscribe now to be the first to know about the holiday sale promos.

Our online shop ships from the U.S. and we do offer international shipping. You will find limited sizes and quantities in our online shop so make sure you shop early this year!

Party Planning

Depending on where you live in the world, you may be able to have your Beachin’ Tropical Halloween Party in the back yard, or even by your pool. The Best Of The Exumas

To really experience The Bahamas, exploring The Exuma Cays in The Out Islands is a must for any seasoned traveler. The Exumas are made up of 365 cays, each and every one with pristine white beaches. The Exuma Cays begin just 35 miles southeast of Nassau and stretch over 120 miles. Some cays are no bigger than a footprint-less sandbar. You could really have an entire beach all to yourself here, that’s a pretty special experience. The beautiful waters of the Exuma Cays are famous for the filming of two well-known movies: James Bond’s Thunderball and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Great Exuma

This is the largest island in the Exumas. Most of the 7,500 plus residents of The Exumas live on Great Exuma or Little Exuma, and many can trace their ancestry back to the 1700s. Great Exuma is home to Georgetown, where the Bahamas’ National Family Island Regatta is held every year. If you are flying into Exuma, the easiest way to get here is to fly in Georgetown airport. Georgetown is the easiest jump off point to get to Stocking Island and of course, Chat ‘N’ Chill®.

Stocking Island

The four-mile-long island has very few inhabitants, the upscale Kahari Resort, St Francis Resort, lots of walking trails, two gorgeous white beaches rich in seashells and plenty of good snorkeling sites. Stocking Island is home to the laid-back beach bar, Chat ‘N’ Chill®.

If you like to hike, Stocking Island’s trails are incredible. What makes this hike so incredible is the variety of the terrain, from long expanses of surf beach, to hidden coves to sand dunes to salt flats to shaded paths under a full canopy of dry tropical forest. There is always something to discover on Stocking Island other activities include the Stromatolites & Sand Dunes, Starfish Beach and Jacques Costeau Mystery Cave.

Little Exuma

Only 12 square miles, Little Exuma is particularly picturesque, boasting some of the very best beaches in the Bahamas. The Tropic of Cancer passes directly through Little Exuma, giving name to the Tropic of Cancer beach. An unspoiled strip of white sand in a crescent shape in a protected cove, where the water is usually as calm as a pond.

Scenes from two Pirates of the Caribbean movies were filmed on the southern end of Little Exuma and on one of the little cays just offshore. The movies’ stars, Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom, often roamed around the island and ate at Santana’s open-air beach shack, the island’s best-known restaurant.

Staniel Cay

Known as a hub of activity in the cays, and a favorite destination of yachters. Thanks to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club—one of the best full-service marinas in the cays, there is a great restaurant on the water here too. Staniel Cay is great jumping point to swim with the pigs, nurse sharks and sea turtles, visit the grottos and iguanas and even to get your social media shot with an underwater piano. When you visit Staniel Cay you can easily go swim the pigs on Big Major Cay. If you skip a trip to swim with the pigs, did you even go to the Bahamas?

Explore The Best Of Stocking Island

Easily reachable by boat from Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island has some of the finest white sand beaches.

Stocking Island is made up of towering seaside cliffs, coral gardens, blue holes, and lush hiking trails awaiting those in search of an eco-adventure in The Bahamas. Snorkelers and divers love to explore the island’s blue holes, coral gardens and undersea caves. In addition to offering much natural beauty, the island creates multiple harbors, providing valuable protection for seasonal cruisers in The Bahamas.

Stocking Island Is Home To The Rare Stromatolites

Stromatolites are said to be the oldest known macro-fossils on the planet, found on the Atlantic-side beaches. Stromatolites are fossilized bacteria dating from more than 1 million years ago. Stromatolites are found in only two places on Earth, – here and Australia. To see the stromatolites on the Atlantic side of the island, it’s an easy walk from Chat ‘N’ Chill®. Just walk around Gaviota Bay at low tide, then wade across the channel to the Atlantic side of the island.

Jacques Costeau Mystery Cave

The blue holes of the Bahamas are unique geological features as they are the only tidal blue holes in the world. Blue holes are underwater caves, so called because of their coloration when viewed from above; the dark blue deep water in the ‘holes’ contrasts with the light blue shallow water surrounding them. This cave system runs under Stocking Island and explorers, including Jacques Cousteau, have proved that the system links to an inland blue hole. The entrance to Mystery Cave is a beautiful snorkeling spot where snapper, grunts, schoolmaster, sergeant major and a school of Atlantic spadefish can be seen.

Natural Trails

Peaceful, scenic walking paths crisscross the island with benches and identification markers of our local plant life. You can obtain a Stocking Island Nature Trail Map in the in the gift shop for free at Chat ‘N’ Chill®.

Starfish Beach

Starfish Beach is located on the north end of Stocking Island. If you rent a boat, you can easily anchor off of starfish beach. Comb the powdery white sand beach and look for starfish in the crystal clear Exuma blue. Just look and don’t touch them!

Top 5 Reasons To Visit Exuma This Year

Swim In The Clearest Water In The World

The Exumas are an archipelago of 365 cays and islands, beginning just 35 miles southeast of Nassau and stretching over 120 miles. From the air, these cays look like jeweled stepping stones surrounded by a shimmering emerald sea giving this chain the distinction of being one of the prettiest in The Islands of The Bahamas.

Lounge On White Sand Beaches

Exuma is known for its sugary white sand and sandbars, the bright white sand of the deserted beaches is a striking contrast to the aquamarine and jade hues of the water. You’ll discover empty stretches of powder white sand beaches, no high rise hotels, no tourist traps, just intimate style resorts, cottages and homes that offer couples their own hideaway in paradise.

When you’re not busy boating around the Exuma islands and cays, take pleasure in docking close to shore amidst the fine white sand for some land activities. You can also visit a few of the most breathtaking sandbars in the Exumas such as the Mile-Long Sandbar, Musha Cay Sandbar, Copperfield Sandbar, or Big Farmer’s Cay Sandbar. Stop for lunch on Stocking Island at Chat ‘N’ Chill® and feel the soft powdery white sand in between your toes with an ice cold island drink like a Bahama Mama in your hand.

Swim With The Swimming Pigs

Exuma is home to the world-famous swimming pigs! How the pigs got to the Bahamas is quite a mystery. There are many rumors as to how these pigs learned to swim. Some say sailors left the pigs’ ancestors on an island and forgot to come back for them, and others say the first pigs escaped from a shipwreck and made their new home in the Exumas. Either way, there is now a whole population of wild beach pigs that love to swim with beachgoers. Don’t forget to bring healthy snacks like fruits and vegetables to feed the pigs.

Snorkel or Dive Like James Bond

Since the water in Exuma is so clear you can literally put on goggles and basically snorkel anywhere you want! You’ll see colorful fish, sea slugs, turtles, starfish, dolphins, stingrays and even sharks! For the adventurous type, you can snorkel or dive at Thunderball Grotto, this underwater cave system is a haven for snorkeling and diving because it is teeming with exotic coral and fish. The grotto got its name from the 1965 James Bond film “Thunderball” that was shot there. 1983’s “Never Say Never Again” was also filmed here.

Swim With Sharks

Swimming with nurse sharks is a must-do activity in the Exumas. Don’t fear, nurse sharks are actually quite friendly with humans. These bottom-dwelling creatures live in the warm, shallow waters of the Bahamas and eat a diet rich in fish, shrimp and squid. The best place to get up close and personal with these guys is in Compass Cay.

Here are the Water Tour Adventure Companies that we recommend in Exuma:

Chat ‘N’ Chill® and A Love Story

Chat ‘N’ Chill® Experiences

Since celebrating our 25th year anniversary in March we have had numerous guests and friends of Chat ‘N’ Chill® reach out in gratification for the wonderful memories they have created at Chat ‘N’ Chill® throughout the past 25 years with their friends and family.

This brings us great joy to know we impacted people’s lives around the world when they are visiting us for the first time or for the 25th time.

We want to share a quick love story and letter from our first couple who got married on the beach at Chat ‘N’ Chill®, 18 years ago. Since then, Chat ‘N’ Chill® has hosted hundreds of destination weddings and private beach events.

Steven and Mary Griffin fell in love at Chat ‘N’ Chill® in 2003

Mary and I fell in (more) love @ Chat ‘N’ Chill back in 2003 and within the next few months we were trying to figure “where” we would have our wedding in Summer 2004.

In our Sugar Land TX back yard spool, we decided to email KB and ask for his “permission” to have a wedding at Chat ‘N’ Chill, that we had enjoyed while cruising. After multiple emails over weeks not being answered, I thought I had totally ‘crossed the line’ with KB and made him mad.

We were so happy to receive an email from Kwanza and learn, she and KB had just returned from their own extended honeymoon. And overjoyed to learn, we could have our wedding at Chat ‘N’ Chill.

Not knowing Kwanza was in the beginning stages of starting A Wedding Breeze, and had just had her wedding at Chat ‘N’ Chill, Mary and I knew, they could understand our desire to have a ‘unique’ destination wedding.

Well, with 40 friends and family coming for a week-long summer beach party wedding, Kwanza’s skill on planning this major undertaking, her first wedding (beside her own) at Chat ‘N’ Chill, was seamless and flawless.

Now coming up on our 18th anniversary, our friends are still talking about what a great wedding / beach party that was so special. In fact, our friends never stop talking about how much fun and how special our wedding was.

Our love of Exuma is remembered daily as we operate our home building construction company in Houston (named after our memories) Exuma Construction and Development LLC. As you know, we named one of our small affordable homes The Delano Model, at his birth, years ago.

We’ve watched the hard work and successful growth of Chat ‘N’ Chill and A Wedding Breeze with pride and happiness.

As the first ‘Wedding Couple’ … Mary and I are so happy to know, that so many couples have been able to experience the Exuma Wedding Breeze and Chat ‘N’ Chill experience over the past 18 years.

Congratulations and Best Wishes To KB & Kwanza’s Continued Success.

Steven and Mary Griffin

Chat ‘N’ Chill® Celebrates 25th Anniversary!

Chat ‘N’ Chill® opened on March 12th, 1998

Can you believe it!? 25 years ago, Chat ‘N’ Chill was born on March 12th, 1998 as a “day camp” for people who anchored and lived on their boats in Elizabeth Harbour.

KB built Chat ‘N’ Chill with his own hands and with the help of a close friend on 9 acres of pristine tropical paradise in 1998. Back then, Exuma was not the world-renowned destination it is today. Not much has changed since then except our reputation – we are humbled by our visitors who have helped catapult us to ‘world famous’ status!

How Are We Celebrating Our 25-Year Anniversary?

On March 12th, 2023 we are celebrating 25 years with our famous Pig Roast

Our famous caribbean pig roast is every Sunday starting at 12pm! Come and enjoy music, island drinks and experience a deliciously seasoned and smoked pig served Bahamian style with 3 side dishes (KB’s Mama’s Native Peas ‘N’ Rice, Cinnamon Glazed Carrots and Bahamian-Style Macaroni ‘N’ Cheese) plus KB’s Special Garlic “Cabbage” Slaw.

Why You Should Visit Exuma, Bahamas

Have you ever been to a place where the water is so calm and clear?

Imagine laying on a white sand beach listening to the waves of crystal clear water break at your feet. The hot sun beams down as the cool ocean breeze makes you feel like you’re in heaven.

The Bahamas is known for the some of the clearest waters in the world.

If you’re looking for paradise on earth, you’ll find it in the Exumas.

Did you know that Exuma consists of over 365 islands and cays?

That means there is one to visit for every day of the year!

The Exumas are renown for their sapphire-blue waters, with the nickname, “Exuma Blue.” The waters are so stunning, their brilliant colors are visible even from outer space! This chain of 365 islands is home to secluded footprint-free beaches, deserted cays, and ultra-exclusive resorts.

5 Things You Must Do in Exuma, Bahamas

1. Visit Chat ‘N’ Chill on a Sunday For Our Famous Pig Roast

Come enjoy music, island drinks and the BEST roast pork you’ve ever tasted in your whole life every Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. (or whenever we run out). Our smoked whole pig is seasoned to perfection the old Bahamian way and roasted rotisserie style in a state of the art custom designed monster grill. Cost is $25 per plate and includes native peas and rice, glazed carrots and Bahamian macaroni and cheese plus KB’s famous garlic “cabbage slaw.” Come early because it’s first-come, first-served and we often sell out by 2 p.m.

Can’t make it on Sunday? We’re happy to offer private pig roasts for parties of 25 or more for private beach parties, weddings, corporate or special events.

2. Swim With The Pigs

The Bahamas is home to the world-famous swimming pigs! How the pigs got to the Bahamas is quite a mystery. Some say sailors left the pigs’ ancestors on an island and forgot to come back for them, and others say the first pigs escaped from a shipwreck and made their new home in the Exumas. Either way, there is now a whole population of wild beach pigs that love to swim with beachgoers. Don’t forget to bring healthy snacks like fruits and vegetables – no junk food! – to feed the pigs.

P.S. Not to be confused with our Sunday Pig Roast…we don’t eat the swimming pigs!

3. Visit Coco Plum Beach

Located at the north end of Great Exuma, Coco Plum Beach is the perfect place for picnicking and collecting shells and sand dollars. From the soft, white sand to the clear, calm, and shallow water, you won’t be able to get enough of Coco Plum Beach and its hypnotic appeal. You’ll likely have the entire place to yourself.

4. Swim With The Sharks At Compass Cay

The Compass Cay Marina is where all the action takes place, and just so happens to be one of the most picturesque parts of the island. With a large sand bank around the marina, you will find yourself in pure turquoise-watered paradise. The sharks you will be interacting and swimming with on a Compass Cay are called Nurse Sharks. Compass Cay has become a yachties mecca within the Bahamas. The large Compass Cay Marina is a full service Marina and many yachts will come and dock here for weeks or months at a time.

5. Visit Tropic of Cancer Beach

If you’re up for a little day trip while you’re in Exuma, there’s no better place to head to than the Tropic of Cancer Beach. This beach is the longest beach on Little Exuma, a graceful crescent of powdered-sugar sand against the turquoise water. Located at 23° 26’N 75° 35’W, this beach is named for the meridian line that defines the northern boundary of the tropics – and runs right through this beach. Chances are you’ll have it all to yourself when you visit.

Dear Chillologists™,

At Chat ‘N’ Chill®, we have always been committed to providing our customers and crew with the utmost care, whether it is in our bar, retail stores, online or at events. You, our customers and crew, are our most valued assets. During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, that is presently affecting every corner of the world, it is essential that we keep all clients informed with valid and accurate information. Below are some essential facts regarding the COVID-19 virus and The Bahamas.

The Bahamas confirmed its first COVID-19 case Sunday March 15, 2020

Given the growing public health concern and to protect the health and well-being of the population of The Bahamas, effective Thursday, March 19th, the following travel restrictions will be introduced:

  1. Foreign nationals and foreign individuals who have traveled within the last 20 days from the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe, will be prohibited entry into The Bahamas. This is in addition to restrictions already in place for China, Iran, Italy and South Korea. This restricted travel list of countries will be continuously monitored and updated as necessary.
  2. All Bahamian nationals and residents returning to The Bahamas through any point of entry from any of the restricted countries or an area where community infection and spread is present will be quarantined or be placed under self-isolation upon arrival and are expected to follow the protocols of the Ministry of Health. Bahamian nationals or residents returning to The Bahamas who have been abroad and believe that they may have been exposed to COVID-19 are asked to contact the Ministry of Health’s hotline or their local health provider.
  3. Non-essential travel by Bahamian nationals and residents to other countries is highly discouraged.

It is imperative that you ascertain all relevant information regarding travel to The Bahamas from a trusted and reliable source. We will be updating you with valid and confirmed information as it becomes available. We encourage you to follow safety guidelines and best health practices during this unusual time. We remain open as long as the safety of our guests and staff is paramount and will advise of any changes to our operating hours should the situation arise.

As details continue to evolve, we want to share additional safety measures we have put in place to protect the health and safety of our customers, crew at Chat ‘N’ Chill® and our Exuma community.

  • We are supplying hand sanitizer
  • We are conducting regular and frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas
  • We are reinforcing illness prevention procedures with our crew members as recommended by the medical community, including frequent handwashing, avoiding contact with your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
  • We are monitoring new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide the best possible experience at Chat ‘N’ Chill® and online.
  • We are instructing our team members who are exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home or seek care from a medical provider when necessary.

We encourage you to review additional information and guidelines available at www.cdc.gov, www.who.int, or The Bahamas Ministry of Health (BMOH)
