Chat ‘N’ Chill® opened on March 12th, 1998
Can you believe it!? 25 years ago, Chat ‘N’ Chill was born on March 12th, 1998 as a “day camp” for people who anchored and lived on their boats in Elizabeth Harbour.
KB built Chat ‘N’ Chill with his own hands and with the help of a close friend on 9 acres of pristine tropical paradise in 1998. Back then, Exuma was not the world-renowned destination it is today. Not much has changed since then except our reputation – we are humbled by our visitors who have helped catapult us to ‘world famous’ status!
How Are We Celebrating Our 25-Year Anniversary?
On March 12th, 2023 we are celebrating 25 years with our famous Pig Roast
Our famous caribbean pig roast is every Sunday starting at 12pm! Come and enjoy music, island drinks and experience a deliciously seasoned and smoked pig served Bahamian style with 3 side dishes (KB’s Mama’s Native Peas ‘N’ Rice, Cinnamon Glazed Carrots and Bahamian-Style Macaroni ‘N’ Cheese) plus KB’s Special Garlic “Cabbage” Slaw.
