Hurricane Dorian was the strongest storm on record to ever hit the Bahamas, causing severe damage and devastation to the Grand Bahama and Abaco Islands. The Bahamas is the most tourism-dependent economy in the Caribbean and tourism accounts for 60% of the Bahamas’ $9 billion economy. The majority of the 700 islands and cays that make up the Bahamas were luckily unaffected by Hurricane Dorian. These islands, including our island home of Exuma, is welcoming visitors with open arms.
